Just an update, Clipper should be home on Sat morning. Probably will actually be done today, but because they actually want to get paid, it will have to wait until after payday on Friday.

I will actually go over on Friday and do the walk around to inspect the job, and then come back on Sat morning to pay the bill and have the tow company collect the car.

Finally decided on a modern Dupont color called "Dark Aqua Metallic". It's Aqua in name only, and was the closest match to the original Bikini Blue paint chip I could find. Obviously with the base/clear paint, and the larger metal flake they use today, it not going to be a 100% match. But then again, this is a driver for me, and not a show car for other people. So, I will be happy with it.

The color match that Dupont recommended was BM520 (Blue Metallic 520), and it was WAY to dark, and closely resembled Meridian Blue. While a nice color, it was just way to dark for what I wanted.

First order of business when the car comes back is getting the stainless back on and also the windows reinstalled. Already have the front windshield gasket ready to go, and the rear one is on order.
