Keegan, materials do sound pretty similar spec wise, cost wise I think you have the advantage. When I did it, was about $20 a can and think it was 5-6 cans. Much more $ today. Were I to do it again and you were around and willing would probably go that way.

It wasn't hard work, just time consuming making all the different molds. Trying to get the right washers and metal sleeves in place beforehand and fix them in place so as to not have them move when pouring was also fun.

I decided to replace and make almost everything and wanted to do in as few batches as possible and use the entire can of Flexane at a go. Think I made 4-5 runs for everything. So, Cli55er if you like that kind of stuff, have at it.

The only thing I would think needs resolving is the bushings with shoulders. Maybe someone has a good idea why they were needed. All I can think of would be preventing noise, and possible shift in hole letting the bolt touch.
