I am an AMC guy and that master looks like the part that AMC used on the mid-sixties Rambler Americans. The single bolt cover and ports on the right (and correct) side are the clues. That part should be available new over the counter at your local parts store. I wouldn't bother with a rusty copy like the one shown.
