Hard to tell the size or exact shape needed from the photo but if no one comes up with an already made bumper for the spot, McMaster-Carr has rubber strips that possibly could be cut to fit. Here is a 1" x 1" example and with the various other dimensional combinations they offer, different size bumpers could be fabricated.mcmaster.com/#1847t222/=19cc6qn

Metro Molded Rubber has some universal bumpers and cushions that might also be adaptable.metrommp.com/index.cfm?f=part_type_list

If nothing is available or could be made with stock dimension rubber one other possibility is making a mold and pouring your own bumpers with UV resistant urethane casting rubber. That does get a bit more involved with vacuum degassing needed but a simple arrangement using an AC vacuum pump and a pressure paint pot is what I use. Some nice repro parts can be made.
