My online search turned up zero available.
Kanter, Max Merritt, Egge, McMaster-Carr, Gainger, Ace Hardware's supplier (I had them call because they carry 3-1/" 3/8 16-24, but not 4-1/2" but their supplier said nada).
Looks like it must be a used one. SeattlePackard doesn't have or John Ulrich, so moving east with an inquiry to Flackmaster. Scratch the flackmaster on manifold studs.
