Yes, that's true. Thanks. I changed the speedometer cable pinion gear so I get a closer reading within 5 mph now. I ran a 5th wheel on it (my daughter in the SUV on the freeway) and the speedo reading is slower than my actual.

My ratio is 4.09 so I have a 17-tooth gear 335160.

A 16-tooth (347651) would give a faster reading on the speedo, but I don't know by how much. If it were just 5 mph faster reading, I may want to try for one of those. But it was made for a 3.9 ratio.

I do have an 18-tooth(335161) for a 4.36 ratio and a 19-tooth (335162) for a 4.54 or 4.7 ratio. And there is a 20-tooth (335163) for a 4.9 ratio.

It's easy to switch those out.
