If buying new Napa cylinders rather than just the kits, note that some might have metric bleed valves as I found when I bought some for my Patrician. One was metric and the other wasn't.

When I went through and better organized the brake parts cross reference section a while back, I tried to remove some duplicates but without actually having a part in-hand it was a bit tricky to do that!

Also, some entries indicate that an adapter of some sort is required including on the part numbers that I had used myself but none were needed on my car so maybe it was referencing the brass piece that the car came with which adapts the steel flare to the pipe threads in the cylinder. To me, that's part of the car rather than an adapter as the latter indicates (to me) that the cylinder thread is wrong and must be converted using an adapter so it's really not clear to me what that references.
