It's been a few weeks, but I have made some progress.. I had the wheels media blasted and they are being painted now. I am cleaning all the hardware in a vibratory polisher and placing in separate bags and labeling for each item. Also, I am polishing the stainless. I have had very good results with the stainless; I will try to post some before and after photos.
