Nice color! When it's time to sand, I would hit it with 600 to begin (some say to start with 400, ever so gently), then move to 1000, 1500, 2000, etc. If you start sanding with too fine of paper, it will merely follow the "orange peel," and then what you end up with is shiney orange peel.
