LOL! I drive in Chicago everyday for work. I have seen cars held together with all sorts of things, including duct tape. Of course it was peeling off and flapping in the breeze. If you are not driving at least 80mph on the expressways, you might get rear ended!

Winter sure takes it's toll on cars around here. Of course modern cars are not as bad.

I tried to research that dealership and the only thing I could find was a lawsuit in the 1950's between them and Evanston, IL about an ordinance that required them to be closed on Sundays. Apparently, there was a famous Humphrey Chevrolet dealer in Milwaukee, WI, but I do not know if they were owned by the same person.
