Randy and Howard, good eyes on the VR mounting. I mounted it like it came off. Maybe I'll take a re-look at it. Yes, the positive battery terminal is in the front. There is more to come on the VR and Battery. Thanks for your interest and comments. They are all helpful to me, and I hope to others too. It's all about Packard Information.
