looks almost too clean... be sure to get out that oil can when you're assembling, or I guess now they use grease. Don't know if it's universally done, but I remember watching my dad put the hydraulic lifters in a pan of oil to pre-fill them, too.

Good for you for figuring out the pin business. That was a pretty classic "mechanic's puzzler."
