yes i am using assembliers lube on all moving parts and will probably bath it down with some fresh oil in the valley too. it is a greasey type substance with moley in it. if you look at my past pics you can see it caked on the cam bearings and i will spread it on the lobes and lifters when they are ready. i already used it on the pins on the pistons as well. i used ATF on the cylinder walls though and will squirt some down in the cylinders before i close them up with the heads.

i was going to ask how people filled their lifters. i don't have a compression tool to squeeze them down with. i saw on youtube that a guy put them in oil and then put them on a vibrator machine to speed it up.
