Don't know if it helpful to identify your pump but to allege an example two inscriptions on a RPD fuel pump, installed in a 1945 CJ-2A Jeep.

The first link leads you to the casting number of the sample RPD pump that reads: AC RPD R1528089. Number two shows how to find another mark - probably the year of manufacture.
