well no hard feelings to the guy who "rebuilt" it, but the only good thing he did was the dye work, the rest was not acceptable.

but you guys know me...i'm very picky and precise. the only reason i kept it was because the dye work was good and the carb was correct for my car and the price was about the same as some i've seen on ebay that needed complete cleaning and rebuilding. i just used the daytona kit i got several months back to redo it. plus my original carb was, i believe, the wrong carb number, although it worked.

dropped off the parts that are too big for my blast cabinet to get sandblasted and also small engine parts that i wanted powdercoated black. waiting this morning for a call on the qoute for the work.

motor should be seeing some paint soon.
