That's a tough one. The last time I had this happen on a Pontiac 4-speed crankshaft, I had to cut the outer bearing race with a small disc grinder and then using a hammer & small chisel knock the race out, taking care not to knick the crank itself. The following picture is what I was faced with, but unfortunately, I don't have pix of the procedure I just described.
