I noticed after I made bushing holes where not lined up.

Tried to show..in pictures.

The other picture..shows hole in bell housing.

It is not...in center of bushing...Packard. Bell housing bushing is 1-5/8..wide.. Half of that is 13/16 s.

You can see where 13/16s sets with vernier.

My needle bearing..is 13/16 s on center. So my needle bearing was not getting much oil..if any.

There are ways to solve this. And that is to mill that oil hole in bell housing to 13/16 s center.

The other part of this is the oil holes shaft and bushing.. That can be solved too. Making center groove wider.

Really don't want to take it off of face of bushing...want as much surface area as possible.

Also can mill the bushing holes enlongate them to match shaft holes.

This one thing I over looked...to see how all this lined up.

I am thinking of putting needle bearing back in with adjusted holes..

The thing is..if you press bell housing bushing in to far..you are cutting off oil.
