Here you go. I mounted the relays on a separate piece of metal as a bolt on module that would slide over and bolt to the fender flange under the L junction terminal block. The entire assy can easily be removed.

As an afterthought I drew in an optional 10ga ground wire that would connect the headlight grounds usually fastened to one of the mounting screws of the junction block directly to the battery ground cable connection on the engine block. The thinking was a larger direct ground might brighten the lights a tad more. As I said, an afterthought so did not add it on my car but could be done fairly easily. The stock ground is the same as most other Packards. Sheetmetal plus a 14ga ground wire typically connected at the other terminal block mounting screw connecting the generator frame ground to the regulator. That ground's primary purpose is for a reference connection so the regulator and generator are at the same potential and not relying on possibly rusty sheet metal affecting the generator output.
