Well I got the Dual Steamer Heater out, not as hard as I thought it would be. Plus following packard1949 post

Just took out the three screws from above. (See first photo)
Then went underneath the car and pushed up on the motor, I didn't have to worry about the hoses since there were none.
Next took the screws out of the frame and pulled off the top cover.
The Heater Core looks in pretty good shape.
Last photo shows a couple pieces that go between the core and the top of the frame, maybe to stop any rattles.
