Got the tension off the traverse bars yesterday. The short bar on the left side was easy. Had it off in 5 minutes. The longer bar was a pain. I kept trying to place a chunk of wood between the frame and the arm but I kept crushing the wood. So I finally took this old rusty piece of angle iron that I have and cut off a chunk to hold it in place. I cut a notch out of it to fit around the bar. It worked perfect. Disassembled the rest of it tonight.

I saw your post on what you did here last summer. Went to ebay at that time and found two packs of the same item for $5 so I bought them. I got the first one on tonight.
