I am going to try what Fred suggested on the riser. Grind off the pin and drill for a new one. I have nothing to lose with this part.

Went through the gasket set this weekend. I think I found the gaskets for the exhaust (Image 1 & 2). I found 3 identical gaskets that are a perfect fit as seen below although the "Parts and Accessories" book says there is only 1 on the vehicle. I would have thought there would be 3 (1 on the right and 2 on the left).

Also found 2 thicker gaskets (image 3) with the same inside diameter as the above. Could those be a version of the flange we were discussing before or are they for something entirely different? The book shows 2 are needed. The image that 56executive posted in #496 shows a metal flange.
