I am not planning to cobble together parts from one cluster to another. The replacement cluster is in much better shape then the original so I am going to use the whole thing.
I asked about the regulator and capacitors and was told that they probably do not need replacing. I have not given them much thought yet but will test as much as possible. Thanks for the advice.
