I've never seen this Packard part discussed here.

The right, rear window track is not aligned properly.

One of these pics are looking down inside the body just behind the door latch . I have a scope that allowed me to get a decent image.

Image #1 show the bolt I am trying to remove. You will see why I am trying to remove it in Image #2

Image 2 is inside the door on the back side of that bolt. The nut is rusted tight and when I was dissembling the car, way back whenever, I evidently twisted the metal. Right next to the nut is the twisted bracket. It should be flat and about 2 or 3 inches long. I can not get a wrench on it due to the twisted metal.
I see no other option to to cut the whole thing off and try to repair it.
