I checked out both the ebay store and catalog for Restoration Specialities.
That catalog is huge and hard to search but I found what I needed.
The wire clips are on page 122 / part #2347J
The other thing is on page 133 / part #2517
I even looked at some of the more modern plastic clips to use but the prices are about the same. I don't have a count yet but I am looking at $100+ for these clips.
Polished up the PACKARD letters for the hood. They are not perfect but they will do for now.
