Nice, Howard.

For all my moaning about the firewall replacement, I can barely see it now tat t's in, plus it's dark down there. I'm happy with mine, too. Because my carpet was edged by SMS Fabrics, the upholsterer didn't put it up under the firewall piece. But I think that's where it ought to go.

On the pedals, once in Santa Cruz, I had the car lubed and oil changed. I gave the manager the book showing all the zerk fittings. He gave it to the guy below. "Did you do all the fittings?" O, yes. Then thanks to the discussion here as to why they wear out, I asked, Did you get the one between the pedals?

It took 3 guys to find it while I pushed the clutch in and out. But they got it. Now I wonder if they got both sides. Won't know til I go back to Woodside in August.
