Has your oil pump been removed for service etc.? If so, my guess is that it was not reinstalled correctly. It should be set with number 1 at TDC and the drive pin set parallel to the camshaft.
One easy way to fix the problem is to switch the spark plug wires around the cap 1 hole. Of course the best way is to remove the oil pump and turn the shaft until it aligns correctly.
You could set the plug wires yourself. Just keep track of which is which. Good luck.
