Ken, there has been some discussion here and other sites about using distilled water in our cooling systems. It seems distilled water has a leaching effect on some of the metals and can lead to problems. I would suggest using deionized water instead. It is readily available at your local super market. We used to call it "ironing water" because it was used in steam irons, back in the day when people ironed their clothes. This water kept the irons from getting corroded up.
