Regarding that odd little spring for the parking brake, if you aren't successful in find one or modifying something to fit, you might try making your own. Attached is a very nice little process for making small springs - I've used this general procedure myself for making some and usually by the 3rd or 4th try I've got a useful part.http://www.deansphotographica.com/machining/projects/springs/springs.html
