When the counter shaft is driven out, the counter shaft falls down into the bottom of the trans housing, and you can take out the clutch shaft. Remove the 6 screws on the front cover, then remove the big snap ring that is the bearing retainer. Note the hook for the throw out bearing return spring is on the pass side of the trans. After the big ring is removed you can wiggle out the clutch shaft.
The last picture shows the clutch shaft with the bearing retaining clips, and a needle bearing that goes in the back of the clutch shaft.

I noticed that Kanter sells a kit for about 200$ with gaskets and bearings. I might try that for wear parts and gaskets, unless I find a better source.
