I still am at a loss for what kind of snap ring, or circlip pliers are used to open that type of ring. I have a set of the ones with the little pins at the ends to open rings that have 2 holes in them, and understand that I will need some pliers that are bent 90 degrees to get in there, but still am not sure how the pliers will grab the ring to make it smaller to allow it to come out. Well, this is the mystery that makes this hobby interesting always something to learn
I guess the pliers -If I can find a set- will go under the christmass tree!
