I will clean it up and look for holes. I did not see any in the part that actually goes down into the manifold. but the tube is pressed into the top of the hex and it is a square pushed into a circle...so I guess that could be where it is pulling air.
basically it is a bolt...drilled down the center, but not all the way through. then a square with the choke tube in the middle of the square is pressed into the hole in the top of the bolt.
all I know is it works.
