I think the unit Fred is talking about is a unit that mounts in the Stromberg choke stove and converts to the choke tube as used on the carter.

but my manifold has already been modified for this add on thing, so it is just easier for me the plug the hole in the choke stove with a freeze plug and use the hole they drilled in the manifold.
