have many pictures of transmission teardown and what was wrong with the last transmission.
but for now....has anyone sourced a modern replacement for the rear felt oil seal on the 37 120 trans?
it is 2-1/4" outside diameter and 1-5/8" inside accounting for wear.
I'm going to take a stroll to the auto store and rummage through the seals, but thought maybe someone already did the leg work.
looks like maybe ground 3.232 part number 302591 one vender has this listed in a modern arrangement, but for 30 bucks
saw this from HH, but this seems to be form later cars maybe. looks like it is too wide at 2.6" I need more like 2.25
