Looks nice. Where I see the most stress likely to be on the nuts is because the heavy canister is seated against the nuts and not the larger surface of the head. It would appear all the weight and vibration is going to be concentrated and exerting force on a fairly narrow area. Could you surround the nut with a spacer the thickness needed to take up the space between the bracket and head. That way the vibration would be minimized and give it a larger surface to steady from. If that is not feasible then maybe some sort of brace at the bottom of the canister to the block to steady it a bit.
