Another thought occurred, maybe others have tried this. What about using a LH drill and running your drill in reverse. Once most of the centre of the broken bolt removed it might just loosen the remaining broken piece and unscrew it out.http://www.suttontools.com/products/jobber-drills-left-hand-drills-d202/
