ABOVE GROUND DIAMOND MINE

On my quest to find 100% NOS forward of the cowl. Stalked the aisles and shelves and found NOS in Packard boxes, voltage regulator, oil fill cap, all 4 fresh air vent tubes with screens (3 pictured), 2 so far '52 only hubcaps (used to have dozens, oh well), 3 of 4 vent window frames and handles, interior and exterior door handles. Was looking in the box of senior window cranks, the kind with the cool 3 discs when I said OOPS!!!, the limo has power windows.

Bottoms of the extended rear doors are rusted out, got from our stock of over 100 doors a pair of 51-4 Senior doors. Will be cutting off the good pieces to weld into the limo doors.

I have never done sheet metal welding and feel my time is best spent on skills I know. One of our shop craftsman is doing that work.

There will be no debate on the underhood paint finishes, inner fenders are NOS with orig paint as are fresh air tubes, generator is NOS and starter finish will be the same.
I think we have a NOS air cleaner somewhere.

Every nut and bolt in the car will be original, either from the limo, the donor cars or our used parts. I've sandblasted every one of them and put them on.

Havin' fun
