Is it the rubber blocks or the small metal frames you need? If the frames they used to be available from someone maybe Henry Yeska but I am not aware of a current source. I had a pair cast from a borrowed original pair, they are slightly different on each side. The rubber blocks are easily cut and shaped from a block of rubber. I used a band saw, bench grinder then finished with a linishing belt. Rubber powder everywhere but they looked good.
