I totally agree with Tim. Many years ago I saw a beautiful original 1937 Super Eight Convertible Sedan that would have garnered 90 points at a show.
All that originality was destroyed to get a $25 trophy.
Fortunately, in more recent years, clubs have created classes and preservation awards for original cars.
