Nice and neat but I don't see any headlight grounds so are you doing something different for the reference ground where the headlights, generator and voltage regulator normally connect at the terminal strip mounting screws? Regulator needs a good reference to the generator and that grounded location at the fender also benefits the current sensing and overall headlight and parking light brightness.

IMO, one of Packards less than stellar practices was in grounds. Postwar until 55 there was no good solid ground connection between the battery cable ground point on the block and the sheetmetal other than that generator ground wire. Linkage, sheetmetal fasteners, steel and pot metal are what was used before Packard added a strap in 55. Those are usually less than optimum paths for parking and tail lights. Lights can stand a little extra help from a ground strap between the fender or body and somewhere near the battery ground cable termination.
