https://www.c2cfabrication.com Classic2Current has floor pans and a few fender pieces but not sure if they have anything for the rear quarter that far back. As far as I know they would be the only ones making anything for a Packard but their items are not drop in perfect replacements. Anything they will have will need work to fit but if nothing available from them it would be finding a parts car or making your own repair panel.
