1. can use a new universal wiring harness to rewire all that old wiring.
2. alternator
3. trips to autozone are much easier
4. modern headlights that put out WAY more light
5. modern electronics for the spark

tons of reasons to convert to 12v. I LOVE that my 37 is on 12v.

this is obviously not going to be a concours car (even saying that I went to one with the 12v conversion and got 2nd place).
