I got some extra time to work on the electrical issue last night and thanks to those whom offered suggestions in my Electrical thread .
I got consistent power to everything now due to a bad ground. Dash indicator lights work as they should, headlights work as they should as do the parking lights and turn signals!
Now on to other tasks to get it road ready
