Interesting what Ross said here in the transmission thread in reference to the photo below. I have never seen a Henney-Packard with that type of yoke as they’ve always had the middle one and, as I mentioned, mine has overall is considerably shorter.

Incidentally, what is the device on the side that is not the governor or solenoid? This one I got today has the hole for it but nothing in it when was supposed to be complete and ready to go!
