Kev's way is probably more accurate but if you have access to the tank and can take some basic measurements some of the volume calculators such as this one can give a fairly good estimate. You might need to allow for the any slight curvatures or any other things that would tend to reduce the dimensions but doubtful those would account for more than half a gallon.https://www.gigacalculator.com/calculators/tank-volume-calculator.php
