There was a large loose clamp on the air duct, for the rubber pc I see now.
I do not have clamps for the hoses near the throttle linkage, will add them to the list. The return line was looped up behind the carburetor and down behind the engine not next to the pressure hose, will reroute that hose later on and see if it is long enough.

LTRD- did not know I could do a search like that, thanks. No luck yet finding a dowel with the same dimensions though, will keep looking
