Ok,

So part of the 0.3% missing is the glovebox lock. But I also see now, that the components (10.03197 and 10.03193) on the inside of the door are missing. (10.03193) Anyone have a detailed picture of what the "RETAINER-GLOVE BOX DOOR LOCK" looks like?

Also the gas/fuel cap is missing. So the 99.7% is bumping down a point to 99.6%. I guess I'll keep a running count.
