Okay…I have conclusively determined the purpose for the stray toggle switch under the dash. That switch controls the FRONT dome light only.
Then, I have a front 3-way switch above the center divider window along with a rear 3-way switch that controls the REAR dome light.
This makes complete sense for a limo.
