New wire harness ordered. I'll feel better after I've done through all writing personally. Right now is a hodgepodge of non-packard wiring and misc unlabled toggle switches, which I have no idea what they control.

The vendor also caries asphalt impregnated flexible loom,which I am going to use for the wire run under the car that feeds the tail light section.
