This afternoons adventure, creating a firewall pad. This started as a thick black cardboard (door) panel, to which I glued some leather like embossed heavy black cover stock. Then some carpet jute on the back.

I know the carpet is supposed to go over the pad, and it will, but still need to trim the bottom edge of pad a bit more.
