In other news, the junction blocks I want to use for the front-end wiring have arrived.
I am sure I will have the fenders and grille shell on and off this car multiple times. So this will make the process of disconnecting wiring far easier and is similar to the post-war models.
I'll mount these toward the bottom of the inner fender near where the headlight wiring passes through.
